WHAT IS 'PARSIMONY'?

Parsimony means ‘an extreme care or reluctance in spending’ (of money) or frugality.

In practical terms this means to use the company’s money ‘carefully’ and ‘sparingly’.

Once internalised by employees, this is a powerful value at the workplace.
